Equipment Offroad
 | HELMET » full-face off-road or STREET helmet is recommended. The lighter it is, the less strain there will be on your neck muscles. GOGGLES » are equipped with a double lens that doesn‘t fog up as easily.
|  | A classic MOTOCROSS CHEST PROTECTOR or protector shirt protects your back, shoulders and upper body.
|  | Wear ELBOW GUARDS, over those a CROSS SHIRT and, depending on the weather, a vest or a (waterproof, ventilated) jacket.
|  | A KIDNEY BELT supports and relieves the strain on your back muscles.
|  | MOTOCROSS GLOVES are best for off-road riding; in the rain, wear neoprene gloves.
|  | CROSS-TROUSERS of synthetic materials are robust and yet lightweight. Hip padding is recommended.
|  | Robust (OFFROAD) BOOTS have prevented more than a few foot and ankle injuries. |
Equipment Street
 | HELMET » full-face off-road or STREET helmet is recommended. The lighter it is, the less strain there will be on your neck muscles. The on-road helmet is quieter and offers better protection in the rain. We advise against jet helmets.
|  | Indispensible here is a BACK PROTECTOR. A SAFETY JACKET fulfils these requirements equally well as clothing with built-in protection.
|  | SHOULDER, ELBOW, KNEE AND HIP PROTECTORS can save you in a crash.
|  | A KIDNEY BELT supports and relieves the strain on your back muscles.
|  | LEATHER GLOVES with FINGER and KNUCKLE PROTECTION or MOTOCROSS GLOVES are the right choice.
|  | TROUSERS of synthetic materials ore leather are robust and yet lightweight. Hip padding is recommended.

Equipment Race track
 | HELMET » STREET helmet (ECE approved) is mandatory. The lighter it is, the less strain there will be on your neck muscles. Jet helmets are not allowed.
|  | LEATHER SUIT with PROTECTORS or abrasion-proof or SYNTHETIC WEAR with PROTECTORS either one-piece or compulsory connected by zipper. Indispensible here is a BACK PROTECTOR.
|  | LEATHER GLOVES with FINGER and KNUCKLE PROTECTION are the right choice.
|  | Robust BOOTS have prevented more than a few foot and ankle injuries. |
